Thank you so much for explaining the types of yarns to use and providing so much useful detail about them. I have been searching and searching the entire internet and RUclips to find this info and you are the only one I was able to find it with in the context I needed it for. Great info in this video!!!

HELP!!! I’ve been trying to make this blanket and have torn it out 15 times. The corners keep curling up. I keep loose the stitches, but it’s still curling up. Could it be the yarn? Could it be the size of the hook? The yarn is by Loops and thread. Which states a US L 11, which I’m using. I would love to send you a photo, but I guess on RUclips, I’m unable to do so.

Sincere condolences sorry I missed late but here goes will share what Ive saved for Pet parents who lost their fur family members we call our beloved fur babies. I know how much our hearts will hurts to loose a fur baby 😪 They lives on in spirit form to visit you and be by your side so watch for signs in your dreams and while awake when you call them. Remember you’ll never “get over” the loss of your loved one, but the painful feelings you’re experiencing will lessen as you come to terms with the loss. If you don't have family or friends who understand, or if you need more help, ask your veterinarian or humane association to recommend a pet loss counselor or support group. Check with your church or hospital for grief counseling. Remember, your grief is genuine and deserving of support. It takes time to heal so grief in your own pace and get support from family & friends cause its the most difficult and immense pain we can ever feel weve lost a fur child and this process takes time. Soon you will be able to make room in your heart for other fur babies in the future...I have 2 now after my horrific loss took me over a year of having intense crying attacts, but the pain will eventuall ease but never gone from deep in our hearts. To help a bit with the loss I created a "Pinterest Board" honoring all Black Cats on the 1st year anniversary of my loss the best part of creating a memorial on social media is way to show they will never be forgotten and it helps with our grive. Put your trust in God and pray and know that your fur baby lives on in spirit form to visit you so pray for them they misses you too. Good-bye Prayer of a Beloved Pet. Dear God we ask that You watch over our beloved fur baby in death. You entrusted her to our care; now, we give her back to You. May your beloved fur baby find a happy new home in Your loving embrace. As we remember him may we love each other more dearly. We gather today joining hearts as we honor the loss of our beloved pet (pet’s name) who made our days and our lives more enjoyable. Someday we hope to meet with you again (pet’s name) in eternity with hugs, kisses and tears. We miss your daily presence and unending love in our daily lives. Death ends a life but our relationship still lives on in my heart and in my memory of times we spent together. You are now free running the fields where we will meet again. You are restored to complete health. You are in God’s loving care forever. Amen. 🙏 Here is what an experience Vet wrote for us: Mourning: 1) It is common for our first reaction to learning of the death or terminal illness of a pet to be denial and inability to grasp the fact. We feel stunned, bewildered and dazed. This is a normal reaction, which is often called shock. Shock is temporary, but it gets us through the initial weeks. 2) Anger and looking for objects to be angry at, often occurs subsequent to the initial shock of pet loss. We may lash out at friends, family or, more frequently, at ourselves. It is common for us to feel guilty, and sometimes the veterinarian who tended to our pet become the object of this anger. Other times it is self-directed or directed at other members of the family. The best way to get over this anger phase is through talk and conversation. 3) Denial or bargaining is another method we use for coping with pet loss. We may search for miracle cures to incurable diseases or seek out second opinions from a different veterinarian. We think of all the things we would do or not do if only the pet would get better. 4) Depression is the longest portion of grief and mourning. We are sad, hopeless and helpless, and we are regretful. We think about our lost pet constantly, and we wish we had done things differently. 5) If we are fortunate, we eventually reach the stage of acceptance and healing. We treasure the time we had with our pet and lapse into a period of calm and tranquility- if not happiness. We develop a new lifestyle in which other things substitute for the relationship we had with our pet. This is the time we might look for another furry friend. Are There Some Things I Can Do To Hasten Acceptance And Healing? Give yourself permission to grieve. Accept that you were very close to your pet and recognize how much the pet meant to you. Place a memorial plaque to your pet in a favorite spot. This allows you to pay tribute to the pet that meant so much to you. Try to get plenty of rest, eat well and exercise. Surround yourself with positive friends who understand your loss and let them share your burden. Treat yourself to pleasurable activities. Be patient. Recognize that you will have relapses of grief and sadness. Remember that grief will pass and life will be pleasant again. Don’t be afraid to lean on friends and pet loss support groups. The degree and depth of your mourning process depends on your own personality as well as outside factors. Your age, how the pet died and the closeness of your relationship all play a part in the feelings you experience. Children are more resilient than adults and usually recover first. Older people have the most difficult time accepting the loss of a pet. Our other family pets also feel the loss. Family pets that survive also go through a grieving process. Even pets that seemed to dislike one another are profoundly affected by the loss of one of the group. In fact, pets show many of the signs that their human owners exhibit. They may become restless, anxious and depressed. Grieving pets often eat less. They search for their missing playmate and crave affection from their owners. Heavenly Father, please hear this prayer for the dead and provide these souls with your abundance of love as they enter your heavenly kingdom. Help the families and loved ones left behind to understand that you have a plan for everyone. Help them to find peace in their time of mourning and to know that no matter what you are always with them through the pain that they may be feeling. “O Lord, the God of mercies, grant unto the souls of thy servants the anniversary day of whose burial we are keeping, a place of solace, of peaceful rest, of glorious light. Through Christ our Lord. Amen.” 🙏 Their spirits live's on. Ive connected intensely through a dream she was crying as if she was lost and affraid I called out to her she came right up to my chest I stroke her to let her know Im here for you she was quickly calmed quite...when I woke up I smelled my hand that touched her and it smelled like her grave....I cried hysterically when I called my Mother and told her about it she later told me she cried too..loosing her was the worst experience Ive ever had in all my 59 years..I could also hear her when I asked her to make her humming sound she use to do so yes they can attach themselves to our heart and soul and for me thats forever 🖤 ✝️✝️✝️✝️✝️✝️✝️✝️✝️✝️ MY HURT OF MY BELOVED FUR DAUGHTERS LOSS: Its absolutely the worst most immenes hurt one could ever experience in life its like looseing your beloved soul mate and the hurt just gets worse as our dreadful grief screem out in anguish and we drawn in our tears and feel their soul embracing us with a shinning shadow like a sparkling dark star yo let me know she is there hugging me. I left my smartphone in recording as the love of my life layed there motionless after a sonogram and horrible big needle inserted into her belly to remove some fluid in between her organs that the Dr said looked like Cancer after a dreadful struggling with diabetes it was horrific. Our last good bye is uploaded in one of my other Chanels. She will always remain deep in my heart and soul for ever. 🖤

You actually should not put water in any paint bottle or can no matter the paint. It will cause mold. Some art teachers in schools will put a bit of distilled water in the big 1/2gallons of acrylic paint . I don’t. If I want to thin I just pour paint in another container.

Great video! I’m still a big fan of chalk paint and have been using Annie Sloan for about 15 years and your video was still super helpful! We have a small budget to paint our kitchen cabinets and decided to do them ourselves, my husband was curious about using dark wax with lacquer and our question was answered in your video. Thanks so much!

💯 FYI: With Anne Sloan Chalk Paint, you can actually paint over the wax finish. (That's not the case eith all chalk paint brands), and certainly over a Varnish, it keep the previous colors from bleed through. For marbleizing, painting the general color then waxing, then the marbleizing process. This allows for movement and it also alows the spraying wather to get the faded veins. I'm not familiar with Dixie Bell Products, but with Annie Sloan Chalk you are absolutely safe painting over the wax, ... just clean the piece well and Paint! Beth Tennessee USA

I have had a longtime affinity for Verde patinas. They are fresh, garden themed, and a fabulous canvas for the colors: coral, cantaloupe, a soft banana yellow, purple status, the herb greens, basil, chives, and parsley. 🧭 The Mississippi River is 10 miles due West, NW Tennessee, a different sort of "Water gear", working river of barges.
